Goal Setting Session We want to hear your personal story, find out what you want to achieve and why, and figure out what's hampering your progress. Everyone's story is different and there are no set plans for everyone, so it's important to find out what makes you tick.
Advanced Assessment Including body metrics, postural analysis, functional movement screening to identify any instabilities and performance testing on your strength, speed, power and agility to help you set benchmarks for improvement.
Personalised ProgrammeFollowing your assessment, we will create a programme tailored to you. This can include foam rolling, mobilsations, activations, potentiation, cardio, strength training, corrective exercise - whatever you need to progress towards your goals.
Nutrition PlanYou'll receive a meal plan, healthy recipe cook book and nutritional guide based on your personal requirements, plus your coach will monitor your food and drink intake throughout your trial.
Training SessionsYou will have three small group personal training sessions per week, shared by up to five other athletes, all working towards similar goals. You will have an allowance of 12 sessions on your month trial.
